Information you give us. When you use our online calculator, book a service or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and service address, the details of your home and the service you want (for example rooms, size and preferences), your preferred dates, notes about access to your property, and anything else you choose to tell us.

Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours records technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived, using cookies and similar technologies. Your IP address is also used to estimate your country so the phone field can show the right format.

We use your information to:

• prepare quotes and estimates and follow up on them;
• schedule, confirm, carry out and support your service;
• process payments and send receipts and confirmations;
• answer your questions and provide customer service;
• send service emails and text messages about your quote or booking;
• send marketing emails or text messages, only with your consent;
• understand how our website is used and improve it;
• protect our website and customers against spam, fraud and abuse; and
• meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for the work they do for us:

• website hosting and security;
• email delivery (Google Workspace and our email delivery service);
• email marketing (Constant Contact), only for people who agree to receive marketing emails;
• text messaging providers, to send the messages described below;
• payment processing (Stripe);
• address lookup (Google Maps) and spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA);
• website analytics and advertising measurement (Google and Meta); and
• our painting crew, who need your address and service details to do the work.

We may also share information with our sister company, Rent Maids, to answer a request you make that involves its services. We may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, remember your choices, measure how the site is used (for example with Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager) and measure our advertising (for example with the Meta pixel). When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice later through the banner's settings or your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

We keep quote and customer records for as long as we need them to provide our services, keep accurate business and tax records, and resolve disputes, and then delete or anonymize them. Marketing contacts stay on our list until you unsubscribe.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limited access to customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website links to other sites, such as social media pages and our sister company, Rent Maids. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on our website.
